If you are interested in working with me, or would like to make a booking for a talk or workshop, please feel free to give me a call or drop me an email. It is often helpful for you to send me an e mail with a brief outline of the nature of your enquiry before setting up a time for a chat on the phone.  This can help us both confirm our expectations and ensure that the service I am offering is what you are looking for before booking an appointment.

Booking appointments…

The next step is obviously to book an appointment, usually to go ahead with an assessment.  If you are considering travelling some distance to work with me on an exercise program, it can be more time efficient for you to spend the day with me, as I can cover your assessment in the morning, design your exercise program over lunch, and coach your exercises in the afternoon. 

On a few occasions where we are not sure which of my services is most appropriate, or where you would like to meet me before we get started, you can book an initial face to face consultation in which case I charge £70/hour pro rata to the nearest ¼ hour.

Locations…

For gym based conditioningprograms and regular gym based personal training I am available in Shoreditch, London on Monday and Wednesday afternoons/evenings.

If you are interested in home based Personal Trainingin the Bromley areas of Hayes, West Wickham, Beckenham, Kestonand Chislehurst, I am mobile and available on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Other services are available by appointment depending on my availability on any particular day. Workshops, talks and bike fitting can be arranged for weekends if desirable.
